Who am I?
This is Jim Sheng, and from China. I was born in a small mountain village, and my father was a village teacher. I am really quite perplexed of my age because of two different calendar systems.
I never know exactly how many teeth I have, I have two big front teeth, yellow outside and black inside. I start brushing my teeth after finishing changing milk teeth. Believe or not, I have never seen a dentist in my life.
I am married and live with my wife and daughter. Brenda went to nursery school after weaned at 9 months. It's always a pain both emotionally and financially to send her to nursery so early. In order to cut nursery costs, we changed to Childminder, and use Childcare Voucher to save up to one thousand a year on nursery costs.
Currently we live in England, here is my house watched from Google Map.I wonder what's the use of the Chimney? The chimney in a house has already degenerated as appendix in human body, which only causes trouble for us, read this article about appendicitis pain.
How do we live?
Life is not easy in UK, we mainly live on basic food and economic products. We always do shopping in Tesco or Sainsbury's supermarket, seldom go to Marks & Spencer's, and won't miss any chance to save every penny.
We Haven't Got a Car, always "come onboard" a bus to "save the earth", or just "take a walk" as our daily excises. Sometimes I come across people jogging along when I carry a heavy Debenham shopping bag home, do they want to burn calories and lose weight, or just simply to spend their boring weekend? I am burning my calories too, and it's the best time to do shopping at weekend.
Do you have any bad habits as mine?
Bigger house, more council tax, and water bill, water meter may let you help to look after environment by using water more wisely, but not necessary save you money. Should we buy a smaller house? How to save on water bill?
England winter night was so terribly cold, it's nice to sit down and warm by the fire. But now winter is gone, spring's coming, lets sit in the garden and enjoy the sunshine. It's cold and flu season, and my whole family got flu. Do I have to make an appointment to see a doctor in China?
